It all started in 2008 when the Harrington family decided to turn their grandmother's secret dough recipe into something the whole community could enjoy. What began as a weekend pop-up at local farmers' markets quickly grew into a beloved brick-and-mortar restaurant at 4732 Mid Rivers Mall Dr in Cottleville, Missouri.
We hand-stretch every dough base, source our toppings from regional farms, and fire every pizza in our stone-deck ovens. No shortcuts, no compromises — just honest, handcrafted pizza the way it was always meant to be made.
Today, Pizza Ranch serves thousands of guests every month, but we've never lost sight of what makes us special: the people behind each pizza and the community that calls us their neighborhood spot.

The First Dough
Tom and Linda Harrington begin selling pizzas at the Cottleville Farmers' Market every Saturday, using a 40-year-old family dough recipe passed down from Grandma Rosa.
Opening Our Doors
After three years of local demand, Pizza Ranch opens its first brick-and-mortar location at Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Cottleville. The opening weekend sees a 4-hour wait line.
Farm-to-Table Pledge
We formalize partnerships with six Missouri farms to supply fresh produce, dairy, and proteins. Our "Local Harvest" menu launches and sells out within the first week.
Best Pizza in MO
Pizza Ranch earns the "Best Pizza in Missouri" award from the St. Louis Food Critics Circle — two years running. Our Smoky Ranch BBQ Chicken becomes a cult classic.
